Just heard that Paul Harvey the famous commentator on radio and tv died. He was famous for a certain formula that I want to show you.
He would start with a very intriguing comment or statement that would tease you and get your curiosity going. Then he would say “stay tuned for the rest of the story” Well if you were interested or even if you weren’t you still needed to wait around to hear what he was going to say.
Then he would come back on and give you the story and end with “Now you know the rest of the story.”
NOW HERE’S HOW YOU CAN APPLY THAT .
Look at your advertising and marketing pieces. The logical thing to do is to tell people what you got. No teasing – Just give it right to them!
FHA 5 %refi-now! BLAH BLAH BLAH BLAH !
But what if you were to go ahead and tease them first.
Government program still allows people with less than perfect credit to get approved?

or

Simply apply the formula’s regardless of what business you are in.

The goal of your ads shouldn’t ever be to “SPILL THE BEANS” It should be to create curiosity about what you offer. No one really cares about the “it” they care about what “it” will do for them.
Whether you think you are an expert or not — your prospects do ( at least they should)
BIG IDEA– EVERYONE wants to know secrets and ways to avoid being taken advantage of.
This is a pretty high level idea I have just given you and you can see how I use it regularly to evoke your curiosity.

Now I could have just said that right? But that in and of itself is not that sexy is it?

Learn to master this niche and you will produce income for the next decade!
So now YOU KNOW – the rest of the story too !
Go ahead and look at your own marketing pieces right now and start fixing them. You’ll quickly see your bank balances go up.
