From everything I am reading it seems that 2010 will be another very challanging year for many. But if you study past Recessions/Depressions
( i am not really sure what we are in regardless of what you read or see on tv) you realize that many who were once struggling become millionaires during these periods.

My biggest challenge is that I would like to find a way to receive residual income. As a mortgage broker, we are only as good as our last loan closing. We always have to be worrying about our pipeline, gernerating new leads, building referral partners, etc. I would like to find a way to have a residul income that would continue to come in like insurance agents and financial planners have when clients renew their policies and/or keep their money with the same broker.
