As a mortgage broker, we are only as good as our last loan closing. We always have to be worrying about our pipeline, gernerating new leads, building referral partners, etc. I would like to find a way to have a residul income that would continue to come in like insurance agents and financial planners have when clients renew their policies and/or keep their money with the same broker.
