SHOULD YOU? And A Formula

The next 2 weeks are a good time to reflect on the year and start putting some plans into place for next year.

THERE IS A BIG DEBATE AS TO WHETHER YOU should or shouldn’t have goals.. I have recently read 5 different books on this subject and they seem to be split 50/50

WHAT DO YOU THINK????

Not having written goals is like saying “I’m going on vacation” but not knowing where you’re going or when. How do you plan what to wear, what to bring, how much it will cost, or when to plan to be off work.

Not having written goals is the same way. Wandering through your career and life is aimless without goals.

What books have been debating the question of goals? What books say you don’t need goals? I wasn’t aware there was such a debate, but some of my loan officers insist they don’t need any goals except “Do more loans!” Based on results, I think more specific goals are needed, even if it is just “Get a loan every day.”
