What books say you don't need goals? I wasn't aware there was such a debate, but some of my loan officers insist they don't need any goals except "Do more loans!" Based on results, I think more specific goals are needed, even if it is just "Get a loan every day." Your thoughts? What books have been debating the question of goals? How do you plan what to wear, what to bring, how much it will cost, or when to plan to be off work. Not having written goals is the same way.
