So start asking.
What does your customer want- Not the physical thing but the emotional one that your product or service provides. In the mortgage industry for example NO ONE WANTS A MORTGAGE.
But they do want a place that is comfortable. A place that is safe. A place they can raise a family. A place to entertain. A place they can be proud of.
How does this apply to your business? Think about that- answer that and start all of your promotions with it and you will start seeing greater success.
