Loading ...Just got back from taking my daughter , who’s in 10th grade to a science symposium. She’s a great student .. just made National Honor Society.. but just like her dad , science is NOT her topic . So why would she go to this symposium? When I picked her up she told me the cookies they served after the symposium - were great but she really didn’t get much from the symposium.. alot of NERDS using big words was the way she described it.
WHY DID SHE GO AND HOW CAN YOU USE THIS SAME IDEA?

Are yours easy to understand and respond to? Are you showing them the benefit but also making them fear missing out.

first it’s about 15 degrees outside and the roads are icy-
She also has a ton of homework and other things to do around the house and her school is about 30 minutes from our home. This thing was scheduled for 7-9 tonight.. .so many reasons NOT TO GO.
SHE WENT BECAUSE her teachers told her that attendance was ( voluntary???) but being therewould add 30 points to their grade for the semester. So even if they did poorly on a major test or other project this could make the difference of a good grade or bad grade.
PRETTY IRRESISTIBLE HUH????
