in Profit Stimulators

Just got back from taking my daughter , who’s in 10th grade to a science symposium. She’s a great student .. just made National Honor Society.. but just like her dad , science is NOT her topic . So why would she go to this symposium? When I picked her up she told me the cookies they served after the symposium - were great but she really didn’t get much from the symposium.. alot of NERDS using big words was the way she described it.

WHY DID SHE GO AND HOW CAN YOU USE THIS SAME IDEA?

Seems her teacher made her AN IRRESISTIBLE OFFER !

Think of what would make your prospects do business with you regardless.. An offer too good to resist.
It must be simple- easy to understand.  Your prospect must INSTANTLY see the benefits to them.

THERE ARE 2 BIG WAYS TO MAKE THIS OFFER.

1. Show the immediate benefit — show them how they gain

2. FEAR OF LOSS***** this shows people what they will NOT GAIN if they don’t act .

# 2 is the most powerful one and will convert more than showing what they will gain.

( i will be covering an entire module on this topic in the http://www.loanofficerformula.com site I will be launching in FEB)

For now go back to your own ads and marketing pieces and see which one you are using to make irresistible offers.

Are yours easy to understand and respond to?  Are you showing them the benefit but also  making them fear missing out.

BTW== NO DEADLINE – NO OFFER is something Bill Glazer and Dan Kennedy ( my mentors) have always drummed into my head.  ( www.freegiftfrom.com/briansacks ) and they are right.

SO WHAT WAS THE IRRESISTIBLE OFFER THAT GOT MY DAUGHTER TO GO ?

first it’s about 15 degrees outside and the roads are icy-
She also has a ton of homework and other things to do around the house and her school is about 30 minutes from our home. This thing was scheduled for 7-9  tonight.. .so many reasons NOT TO GO.

SHE WENT BECAUSE  her teachers told her that  attendance was ( voluntary???)  but being therewould add 30 points to their grade for the semester. So even if they did poorly on a major test or other project this could make the difference of a good grade or bad grade.

PRETTY IRRESISTIBLE HUH????
